The short answer

Book an oven clean before an inspection or twice a year. Book carpet cleaning annually, or after spills and pets. Book upholstery cleaning for sofas that have absorbed odours. Book window cleaning quarterly, inside and out.

Common questions

Are these included in a deep clean?
Inside the oven and interior windows usually are. Carpet and upholstery extraction use separate machines and are booked as add-ons.
How long do carpets take to dry?
Four to eight hours with good ventilation. Keep pets and shoes off until fully dry to avoid re-soiling.
Will a carpet clean remove every stain?
Most fresh stains lift completely. Dye, ink and old pet stains that have reached the underlay may only lighten.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily — many customers arrange key access. Your FleckUP pro will confirm access and parking before the visit.
